Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the H2Bro app. By using it you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply, including its terms for purchases and refunds.

Who we are

H2Bro is made by Markus Moltke (Moldal). Contact: markus@moltke.dk.

Not medical advice

H2Bro gives general guidance based on published averages from the WHO and EFSA. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If a doctor has limited how much you should drink, for example for heart or kidney conditions, or you're unsure what's right for you, follow their advice instead of the app.

Alcohol

The app can track alcohol so it can adjust your water goal. This is not an encouragement to drink. Only drink alcohol if you are of legal drinking age where you live.

Using the app

You may use H2Bro for your own, personal purposes. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse it, or use it to break the law.

Your data

Your drinks and settings stay in your health store, on your phone and in your own iCloud or Google backup. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored where. You are responsible for your devices, accounts and backups.

Availability and changes

We work to keep H2Bro working well, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or keep every feature. We may update or discontinue the app.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about its accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on the app's guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by agreement.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
